WHAT DO YOU PROVIDE YOUR DRIVERS WITH?
‍For Owner Operators we provide:Weekly paySamsara ELD Equipment with a front facing Dash Cam Fuel CardIFTA Filling$250K Cargo and general liability insurance  

‍DO I NEED MY OWN MC AUTHORITY?
‍Nope. Any owner-operators wanting to work with CW Freight are not required to operate with a motor carrier authority.  

‍WHAT KIND OF TRUCKING COMPANIES DO YOU WORK WITH?
‍We partner with owner operators.  

‍WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU DISPATCH?
‍Dry Van and Reefer freight is our bread and butter.  

‍WILL I NEED TO REQUEST INSURANCE CERTIFICATES EACH TIME?
‍Only insurance you need to handle is bobtail insurance and ACC/OCC. We take care of the rest and keep it simple.We can also provide bobtail insurance for a fee.  

‍ARE THERE ANY COMMITMENTS TO USING CW FREIGHT?
‍Owner operator operating on CW authority (or any other) can’t work for multiple companies. Only the company on the side of his/her truck.  

‍CAN I DECLINE A LOAD?
‍No forced dispatch here at CW Freight! We will make sure your requirements and preferences are noted before we get started to make sure we have minimal rejected loads and are operating as efficient as possible.  

‍WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO WORK WITH YOU?
•  Clean MVR no more than 1 ticket in the last 3 years
•  2 years of experience minimum
•  Bobtail Insurance
•  ACC/OCC
•  Pass pre-employment drug screen
•  Provide your own clean equipment and must pass DOT inspections
•  Equipment no more than 5 years old would be preferred

‍Our connections with industry leading brokers, load boards and direct shippers.  

‍WHAT IS A FACTORING COMPANY AND DO I NEED MY OWN?
‍Factoring companies keep money in your pocket while they wait for brokers to pay on your invoices and collect a small fee. We partner with Triumph Business Capital the leading factoring company in the industry and will handle everything for you!  

‍WHAT HAPPENS WHEN DETENTION OCCURS?
‍We will work our hardest to get you every penny you deserve. No fees taken from detention since it is your time spent. As long as we are given notice and you provided signed bills with in and out times then we should have no issues getting you reimbursed for your time.  

‍WHAT IF I NEED A FUEL ADVANCE?
‍Fuel cards are provided.  

‍HOW DO I SEND OVER ALL MY PAPERWORK?
‍Text, email or fax -- totally up to you.  

‍HOW DOES CW FREIGHT GET PAID?
‍We are aligned with the majority dispatch services and offer our services between 12% - 18% fee from the total rate. We work hard to get you the best paying freight. You make more, we make more, everyone wins!

‍We can send it over text message, email or fax. You let us know which is best for you.
